Your body needs to have a level of physical readiness to be able to do all these activities. If you feel like your body needs to be in better condition to enjoy these everyday activities, Moving Strong bodyweight conditioning classes will help you feel and move better.
An expertly coached weekly training session that combines the focus of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga and the physical effort of a circuit class.
It is focused on improving range of motion and strength, providing improved mobility. Develops ease of movement (mobility) by challenging the body to be strong in extended ranges of motion.
50 minute classes incorporating:
- Mobility of key joints
- Muscular fitness work for the trunk, hip and leg muscles
- Core conditioning
- Dynamic stretches based around the lunge, 90-90 position, squat and yoga postures
- Conditioning all these areas through use of repetition and timed circuit training
- Intelligent exercise prescription to deliver a training session focused on improving physical fitness and the way your body moves and feels.
Suitable for: active individuals with good strength and fitness levels who are after a challenging training session that will improve muscular fitness and challenge your range of movement to get your body moving and feeling better.
